Best of the Bone Bone Broth

Why Bone Broth?

Best of the Bone is a concentrated bone broth gel, rich in collagen, amino acids, and essential nutrients. It supports:

  • Gut lining repair
  • Joint and skin health
  • Immune system function
  • Deep cellular hydration
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or ghee
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin or sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps extract nutrients from broth)
  • 2 heaped tsp Best of the Bone bone broth (any flavour)
  • 5 cups filtered water (or adjust to desired thickness)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Handful of leafy greens (kale or spinach), herbs like parsley or thyme
Method:
  1. Sauté the base: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add the veggies: Stir in celery, carrots, zucchini, pumpkin/sweet potato, and ginger. Cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies start to soften.
  3. Broth it up: Add water, apple cider vinegar, and Best of the Bone bone broth concentrate. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Simmer & heal: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it gently simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until vegetables are soft and flavors are well combined.
  5. Blend (optional): For a creamy texture, use a stick blender to lightly blend. Or leave it chunky for a rustic vibe.
  6. Season and serve: Add salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and leafy greens right at the end. Serve warm with a sprinkle of parsley or a dollop of coconut cream.
