BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please arrive on time to your appointment so that we can commence your treatment on time.

If you arrive late, we endeavour to provide the longest treatment time possible but may need to reduce treatment time to adhere to scheduling.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice (not including Sundays or Public Holidays) to reschedule or cancel appointments. A cancellation fee of $50 is applicable to any cancellations without 24 hours notice. If you have a package, please note that one session will be forfeited.

Failure to attend for an appointment will result in full fee payment. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
