I have taken traditional lymphatic drainage massage which involves light upwards pressure strokes on your lymphatic pathways and added some specific kinesiology corrections to stimulate natural detoxification, boost your immune system and strengthen digestive organs to assist a number of health concerns.
It is a mixture of a lymphatic drainage massage and a kinesiology session, so our detox massage is nothing like your traditional relaxation or Swedish massage.
Combining this treatment with colon hydrotherapy, infrared saunas and good nutrition may give your body the best chance at detoxification.
It is recommended to have this massage prior to your colon hydrotherapy and infrared sauna treatments (both which are available at our clinic).
It is very important to hydrate before, during and after your treatment to help your body naturally eliminate toxins.
